关于台湾 P&I 新规定补充更新如下：

台湾港务局现已公布47家船东保险白名单。

自 2025 年 10 月 15 日起，所有进出台湾港口的船舶，须向白名单内载明或符合以下信用评级标准的保险公司投保：

• 标普公司评定 BBB
• 贝氏信用评级公司评定 B++
• 穆迪投资者服务公司评定 Baa2
• 惠誉公司评定 BBB

※ 若选择向白名单之外、但符合上述信用评级标准的保险公司投保，则须另行提供相关信评证明文件予港务部门查证。

若船舶向上述以外的保险公司投保，交通部航港局将无法核准其进出港手续。

此外，若船舶于 2025 年 10 月 15 日前进港，但2025年10月15日后才出港，港务局将要求出港前须提供符合规定的船东保险公司的保单。
