關於台灣 P&I 新規定補充更新如下：

台灣港務局現已公布 47 家船東保險白名單。

2025 年 10 月 15 日起，所有進出台灣港口的船舶，須向白名單裡載明或符合以下信用評比的保險公司投保：

• 普爾公司評定 BBB
• 貝式信用評等公司評定 B++
• 穆迪投資者服務公司評定 Baa2
• 惠譽公司評定 BBB

※ 若選擇向白名單之外、符合上述信用評比之保險公司投保，則須另行提供相關信評證明文件予港務局查證。

若船舶向上述以外的保險公司投保，交通部航港局將無法核准其進出港手續。

此外，若船舶於 2025 年 10 月 15 日前進港，但 2025 年 10 月 15 日後才會出港，港務局將要求出港前須提供符合規定的船東保險公司的保單。
